The Reiki Principles: Just for today I will give thanks for my many blessings. Just for today I will not worry. Just for today I will not be angry. Just for today I will do my work honestly. Just for today I will be kind to my neighbor and every living thing. The word REIKI comes from the Japanese and means universal life force. REI describes the universal and limitless aspect of this energy while KI represents the life force, which is in all living things. The KI is the same energy that is known as CHI by the Chinese, Prana by the Hindu and Mana by the Kahunas. Reiki is very gentle and natural as it assists the body in healing itself. It works well with other types of therapy helping them be more effective, often causing the process to succeed more rapidly. In my healing practice I tend to use Reiki with my massage therapy as it helps the massage be more effective. After a session you will feel very relaxed and refreshed as the bodies energies are balanced. I offer Reiki along with massage for in-person clients in my office setting and for distant healing clients. Please visit my Ordering A Distant Healing page if you would like a Reiki distant healing. Just let me know if you would like only Reiki or a combination of Theta and Reiki when you order your healing. The cost for a 60 minute Reiki distant healing session is $60.00. I have flexible office hours up to 7 days a week by appointment only for a massage that includes Reiki and payment can be made with credit card, personal check or cash.
